Description

Are you a medical imaging professional or student looking for a reliable pocket guide or reference booklet for radiographic positioning? Look no further than our Radiographic Positioning Guide mobile app!

Our app meets the latest Apple requirements and provides detailed instructions for over 200 radiographic positions, including technical factors, image receptor size and orientation, patient and part positioning, respiration instructions, central ray entrance/exit points and angulation, image quality points, and structures demonstrated.

We've even added suggested digital imaging systems technical factor settings for all positions (except nephrotomography) and representative radiographic images that can be enlarged for closer inspection. Plus, you can view an enlargeable photograph of a properly positioned human model showing the correctly collimated area of interest with the central ray entry point.

Our app also includes a NOTE tab for every position, where you can save techniques, special terms, or other helpful information. And with our search function, you can easily find search terms in position titles and/or instructions.

Want to save time and effort? Use our My Routines function to group selected positions into a saved routine. And if you want to take notes not related to a position, our My Notes function allows you to do just that.

Our app was developed using the ARRT Content Specifications to include nearly all ARRT entry-level radiographic positions. We even included "OPTIONAL" positions which may be ordered in clinical practice. These OPTIONAL positions are judged by the authors and other educational colleagues as handy references.

Instructions in our app are referenced to the most recent ASRT Radiography Curriculum and national positioning texts. And you can trust that our app was written and edited by 2 Ph.D. radiography educators, each with more than 30 years of teaching experience.

Don't waste time with unreliable pocket guides or reference booklets. Download our Radiographic Positioning Guide mobile app today and enjoy a convenient guide to positioning the patient and a valuable study aid for radiography students. It's also a great reference and review tool for technologists and clinical instructors. #Radiography #MedicalImaging #ARRT #ASRT #RadiographicPositioning #StudyAid #ReferenceTool #PatientPositioning #DigitalImaging #XRayGuide #Radiology #Healthcare #MedicalEducation
