You have a choice of three ventilator modes; Pressure Control, Volume Control, and Flow Control. You can adjust appropriate input values for each of these, as well as apply PEEP and in volume control mode add an end inspiratory pause.

The simulator view is optimized for your device. If you're using an iPhone SE, you can switch to landscape mode to view the simulator better. Each simulator graph view has a gear icon in the top right-hand corner that allows you to change the background color, plot color, speed of animation, animation type, and plot style.

The 'i' button on the navigator bar opens a mini-browser that navigates automatically to this page. The down-pointing chevron button on the navigator opens a menu with which you can switch on and off individual views and add in the spirometer loop view and the compliance view.
